Member and Subscriber Discounts
WateReuse Association Members and WateReuse Research Foundation Subscribers receive discounts on products available from the WateReuse Online Store. Each member organization or subscriber organization designates member representatives or subscriber representatives. Member representatives and subscriber representatives will automatically receive discounted pricing when logged into the website. Your username is your e-mail address. If you do not remember your password, you may reset your password.
If employees of a member or subscriber organization who are not the official representatives would like to shop at the online store, they can request a special coupon discount code. Please contact membership@watereuse.org for help.

If you need to check the status of your order, please visit our home page and click on "View My Account" in the left bar or login with the following link:

PDF Downloads
Some of our publications are available as PDF downloads. If you select this format, your order will be available as soon as your payment is processed and you will not be charged for shipping and handling. You will receive an e-mail with a link for the download. After downloading the files, the links will expire. You may also log into the website and select “View My Account” in the left bar to view your downloads. Downloads will be available on the website for 14 days. If you don’t receive an e-mail notification for your download, please check your “junk mail” and contact your IT department to “whitelist” e-mails from watereuse.org.
Shipping
Please allow 4–8 business days for domestic delivery (USA). Allow 8–12 business days for international delivery. Delivery times are estimates and only apply to items in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the U.S. Post Office and UPS.
WateReuse is not responsible for customs or broker's fees. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
Printed books may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided the items have not been worn or damaged. Shipping charges are not refundable. Digital downloads, CD-ROMs, and flash drives cannot be returned but may be exchanged for the same product if defective.
