Art and Writing Contest

Art and Writing Contest

Everyone uses and cares about a clean and abundant water supply--not just engineering, biology, chemistry and environmental science students.

King County Wastewater Treatment Division and the WateReuse Association hosted a student art and writing contest to promote the importance of water management and the infinite possibilities for conserving, protecting, and advancing technologies and projects that result in greater water reuse, recycling, and efficient management of water resources.

Six art entries and two writing entries were received. These will be displayed at the conference and the winners will be acknowledged at an Awards Luncheon on Monday, September 14. Winners receive a $50 savings bond from the WateReuse Association and a gift basket.
