How to Join

To join the WateReuse Association, you may download a PDF application that can be mailed or faxed. Select the appropriate membership category for your organization. Member benefits include education, advocacy, networking opportunities, and access to the latest research on water reuse and desalination through the WateReuse Foundation.

Agency/Water Supplier Members (Division A)

Public agencies, municipalities, and invester-owned or privately owned utilities that have an interest in the objectives and purposes of the Association are eligible to join. Each Agency/Water Supplier Member shall designate a Primary Representative and up to two Alternate Representatives.

Associate Members (Division B)

Consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, organizations, firms, and businesses that have an interest in the objectives and purposes of the Association are eligible to join. Each Associate Member shall designated a Primary Representative and up to two Alternate Representatives.

Affiliate Members (Division C)

Universities, schools, departments and agencies of federal, state, county, or local governments which do not qualify as an Agency/Water Supplier may join as an Affiliate Member. Each Affiliate Member shall designate a Primary Representative and up to two Alternate Representatives.

Individual Members

The membership structure of the WateReuse Association is primarily organizational. The following individuals are eligible to join:

  • Employees of a member organization (To see if your company is a member, click here)
  • Full-time university students

Individuals interested in the purposes and objectives of the WateReuse Association but who are not affiliated with a member organization may petition the Association to become a member by submitting a hard copy application to the Executive Director.
